That’s me!

I first dreamt of filmmaking at a very young age, starting with creating small videos by mixing Bollywood clips and English songs, back when Windows Movie Maker was popular. That was when, I like to believe, I truly began to enjoy video editing. My passion for cinematography, however, began with photography, when my father gifted me a small point-and-shoot film camera. I can't recall the exact day or how old I was, but the excitement I felt is something I remember vividly.

Today, that dream has brought me to Berlin—one of the most creative cities in the world—where I’m studying Film and Motion Design. Here, I've had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from music videos to short films. Creativity and curiosity drive me and I rarely ever shy away from experimenting to achieve what I desire.

My most recent work- a documentary about the Stasi prison in Berlin, Beyond The Berlin Wall (dir. Abhiroop Banerjee, Berglind Sóley Elstermann Jansdóttir, Marcela Faganello, Matthias Leupold), was awarded the best documentary feature at The Berlin Independent Film Festival 2025.
